Official Rules of the Promotional Campaign

VALENTINE’S DAY CAMPAIGN RULES – TESSORA

1. Organizer

The campaign is organized by TESSORA, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer''

2. Campaign Period

The campaign runs from February 3 to February 15, 2026, inclusive, or while stocks of the bracelets available within the campaign last.

3. Eligibility

The campaign is open to all individuals who place orders on the TESSORA website during the period mentioned above.

4. Campaign Mechanism

As part of the Valentine’s Day campaign:

  • For orders with a total value of at least 299 RON, customers may choose a bracelet from the selection dedicated to the campaign.

  • The bracelet is offered free of charge, as a symbolic gesture from the Organizer.

  • The bracelet selection depends on stock availability and is made during the order placement process.

5. Limitations

  • Bracelets included in the Valentine’s Day selection are available while stocks last.

  • The campaign cannot be combined with other active campaigns or benefits on the website, where applicable.

  • Only one bracelet per eligible order will be offered.

6. Returns

In the event that an order benefiting from the campaign bracelet is returned, the customer is required to return the bracelet as well.
If the bracelet is not returned, the Organizer reserves the right to retain its value, in accordance with the applicable return policy.

7. Modification or Termination of the Campaign

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including stock depletion.

8. Disputes

Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants will be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Romania.

SECTION 9. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN

The Campaign may end before the scheduled date in the following situations:

  • if stocks are depleted;

  • by the unilateral decision of the Organizer, publicly announced on www.tessora.ro

  • in the event of force majeure.
